Smart Player ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. The App itself does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information. However, the App integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements, which may collect certain data as described below. You can use all core features without creating an account or logging in.

Google AdMob
The App uses Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to display advertisements. AdMob may
collect device and usage data to serve relevant ads. In regions subject to GDPR (European
Economic Area and the United Kingdom) or other applicable privacy laws, the App uses the
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to request your consent before personalised
advertising data is collected. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time via the
App's Settings screen.

Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC)
The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous app usage statistics, including screen
views, feature usage events, and ad funnel events (e.g., whether an ad was loaded or shown).
No personally identifiable information is included in these events. Analytics data collection
is enabled only after you have accepted this Privacy Policy. You may opt out of analytics
collection at any time via the App's Settings screen.

Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google LLC)
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports when the App
unexpectedly terminates. These reports include device model, OS version, App version, and a
stack trace of the crash. No personally identifiable information is included. Crash reports
help us identify and fix stability issues.

When downloading a file, the App connects directly to the URL you provide. The remote server receiving that request may log standard HTTP request data (such as IP address and timestamp) in accordance with its own privacy policy, which is outside our control.
The Private Folder feature stores files in the app's private directory on your device
(/Android/data/[package]/). These files are not indexed by the system media scanner
and are not visible within the app's main Library. Access requires a 4-digit PIN set by the user.
The PIN is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded, synced, or shared. Files in the Private Folder are protected at the app level; they reside in app-private storage and are not accessible to other apps under normal conditions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Smart Player is a tool for playing and processing local video files, and for downloading files from direct URLs provided by the user. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this App complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of any platform or service they access. The App developer does not endorse or facilitate copyright infringement. Do not use this App to download or process content you do not have the right to use.
